Adele completed her Advanced Diploma in 2002 at RMIT and then a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) in 2005, and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning through Edith Cowen University in WA. For the past 8 years she has lectured for the Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) Degree at the Southern School of Natural Therapy.
Adele has worked in a variety of areas, ranging from members of the general community to professional sports, primarily Golf and Basketball, as well as high level armature in the areas of cricket and triathlons. However, regardless of her patients background Adele’s primary focus is to both treat the presenting condition and identify and minimise the cause.
Adele is qualified and experienced in a wide range of soft tissue treatments, including Dry Needling, Cupping, Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Positional Release and has additional strengths in postural correction and corrective exercise.
