Kylie's journey with Pilates began in 2004 when she was introduced to the method as part of her rehabilitation following a knee reconstruction. She fell in love with the strength and stability Pilates brings to her body and everyday life and has never looked back.
In 2010 Kylie completed her Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork Instruction (91492NSW) followed by Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (91491NSW) in 2011.
Kylie has experience teaching Pilates in a variety of settings. She has worked with clients alongside respected Pilates Instructors and was mentored by Jennifer Newman-Preston while completing her Diploma. She has also worked alongside Physiotherapists at Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre (AAMI Park) and The Sports Injury Clinic (Frankston) as well as with Osteopaths and Myotherapists at The Osteo Clinic (Sandringham).
Kylie enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and guiding them on their journey to a stronger, more stable and balanced body.
