Carissa is the owner of Action Podiatry. She graduated from QUT in 2006 and has worked in various private practices across Queensland and New South Wales. Carissa is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association. She has previously worked with a podiatric surgeon and as such has a keen interest in both the conservative and surgical care of ingrown toenails. Growing up with problems with her own feet, Carissa can relate to patients who are suffering with foot pain and her aim is to get her patients back on their feet and enjoying life. When not at work, her favourite place to be is at home spending time with her baby boy Lennox.
