Lauren completed a Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of South Australia (UniSA) in 2012. Whilst she was studying Lauren also worked as a Podiatry Assistant in Modbury, providing care to low risk patients. Since finishing her degree she has worked full time in private practices in the North Eastern Suburbs, providing treatment for a wide range of patients.
As a podiatrist Lauren is committed to expanding her knowledge and keeping up with the most current research and practices. She is a member of the South Australia Sports Medicine Association and the Australian Podiatry Association SA Inc. Lauren has a strong clinical interest in nail surgery, paediatrics and biomechanics and regularly attends continued professional development events. She has done additional training in joint mobilisation, joint manipulation and dry needling. In 2014, Lauren became one of the first Podiatrists in South Australia to be endorsed to prescribe scheduled medicines and more recently has been teaching
