Podiatrist
Prior to training to be a podiatrist Charlotte worked as a Physiotherapy assistant in the NHS in the UK. She then graduated in Podiatry at the University of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire in 2002. Charlotte started work in the NHS as a community podiatrist and then spent the next 7 years developing her skills within the biomechanics team working with sports injuries, chronic pain and children. She then emigrated to Western Australia with her family in 2008. She initially worked for 2 years in private practices in Mandurah and Rockingham and over the past 5 years has been self employed within the Pinjarra Doctors clinic in Pinjarra. Having enjoyed success as a national swimmer and keen sports person Charlotte has an interest in treating sports injuries, chronic pain and children. She uses a number of treatments including joint mobilisations, acupuncture, dry needling, myofascial techniques, functional movement and exercise prescription and the latest barefoot rehabilitation programming.
