Hi, my name is Alison and I’ve just recently been married, hence the change of name from Murray. To keep active, I like to do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as some walking and running (preferably next to the beach). I enjoy treating people who want to make their health a priority and achieve a work/life balance. My favourite client is someone who has tried many other treatments but hasn’t found the relief they’ve been looking for.
