I help to resolve common problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and work stress. I use a friendly, solution-focused approach that aims to solve your problems in a very tangible way, and quickly.
To do this I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), coaching, psychological techniques and nutritional approaches, designed to both alleviate and prevent mood problems and stress. I do not provide lengthy psychoanalysis or medications.
