Olivia is a psychologist, and couple and family therapist with over 17 years of counselling and clinical experience. She specialises in couple and relationship therapy and also works with individuals with a range of presenting issues.
Olivia is skilled in a number of approaches including Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, mindfulness, and family/systemic therapy. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and an accredited provider for Medicare and private health funds.
Olivia has a strong belief in the capacity of every person to bring about meaningful change in their lives and relationships with the right therapeutic support.
