Debbie has worked as a registered psychologist since 2013, and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Debbie has extensive knowledge in management of drug and alcohol (addiction), stress, performance anxiety, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-confidence issues.
Debbie primarily utilises cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), however also draws from other forms of therapy to enhance and personalise interventions for each client.
Debbie has worked at both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment centres, private practice, and tertiary education institutions. She has a special interest in relationships and couples work, and developing one’s self-esteem and confidence.
