David Broadbent has been a practicing Psychologist in the Hunter Region for almost thirty (30) years.
He was part of the foundation staffing for the Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service in the city of Maitland (NSW). Whilst working for CRS David developed the Regions inaugural community bases chronic pain management program. This involved direct service to patients and their families. David also was instrumental in addressing areas of occupational stress and was an invited speaker at Australia's inaugural Occupational Stress Conference. David left the employ of CRS Australia in 1997 and decided to open a private practice serving the same region that he has always been committed to.
David has rooms in both Maitland and Singleton in NSW. His areas of particular expertise are chronic management, trauma and PTSD, and working with the military, ex-military and first responders. David is a past member of the Australian Army Reserve many decades ago.
