Kristen Bayliss is a warm and engaging psychologist with over 20 years counselling people with issues including depression, anxiety, panic, chronic pain, trauma (recent and long-term), work-related issues, grief, self-esteem, life transitions and adjustment, post-natal depression and relationship issues. She is passionate about helping people and is committed to each and every client making lasting positive changes in their lives. Her approach is influenced by a range of different therapies including humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT (cognitive-behaviour therapy) ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy) as well as Sensorimotor. She believes in the capacity of the client to find their path and that therapy should be tailored to client needs, goals and preferences.
