I enjoy helping people find increased wellbeing and to work through current or historical issues and traumas, and have had the privilege of being in this wonderful healing field for nearly 30 years. I have been in private practice for over 12 years, supporting and treating children, young people, adults and couples for depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, developmental trauma and many other issues.
