Julia has extensive experience as a psychologist and has worked within government, private and community sectors in counselling, and in educational and training roles.
Life, as Julia sees it, is about relationships; the relationship you have with yourself and the relationships you have with others. She provides individual counselling across a wide range of issues including workplace stress, bullying, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and grief and loss. She also guides people through life transitions including being single again, changing careers, coping with redundancy, and being an “empty nester”.
Julia also provides relationship counselling.
