Didi has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. She works within the private health sector on the Sunshine Coast and has previously worked at a university providing counselling services to university students. Didi has a warm & genuine style, and an open mind. She has experience in providing a range of psychological interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
