I am a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. I have worked locally in Highfields and Toowoomba since 2010 in various settings, both private and public. I combine my previous experience as a registered nurse and midwife, with my clinical skills in psychological health to support improvement and movement towards the goals identified in session with each individual.
I endeavour to bring a warm collaborative style to a personalised assessment and treatment approach, with the aim to understand and support individuals to live meaningful lives. I provide a safe space for clients through a warm and gentle interpersonal style, focused on developing a secure therapeutic relationship, and tailoring my approach to suit each individual’s needs. I view each person as unique and important, aiming to help clients understand the underlying functions of their difficulties and support them to heal and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
