I am a registered psychologist who has been supporting the mental health of clients aged 12+ for over 12 years in a variety of settings. I currently work in youth and veteran mental health, two populations I am passionate about supporting to overcome the difficulties common in these groups including Post Traumatic Distress, adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, anger, stress management, and interpersonal issues.
