Professional Background
Caroline Is a Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with people who have experienced complex trauma with associated PTSD and mental health symptoms. Caroline’s approach is client-focused, warm, empathetic and compassionate. She is pro-active and provides practical skills to assist people cope with triggers and symptoms that present between sessions to assist with recovery.
Caroline works with veterans, individuals, couples and families undergoing life transitions (separation/divorce, career/life crises and ageing). Caroline assesses and treats depression, anxiety, stress, grief, loss, trauma, PTSD with associated panic symptoms, schizophrenia, bi-polar and self-esteem. Work related matters include accident and injury, return to work and rehabilitation, vocational changes and coaching.
Caroline uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including: CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, ACT & SFT.
