Trude is a compassionate and empathic Clinical Psychologist who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. She has been with AAG Clinical Psychology Practice since early 2017 and is a fully registered Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Trude is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and an associate member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association.
Trude has experience working with a range of clients, from Adolescents in school-based Psychology, through to Adults; and is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to help them reach their full potential. Trude is experienced in diagnosing and treating many psychological disorders and concerns including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties and other interpersonal problems, stress and coping, and self-esteem issues.
Trude’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
