Cindy Tanghal is a Senior Psychologist with extensive experience working in inpatient and outpatient programs in private mental health hospitals. A majority of her work within the hospital setting has been with the outpatient DBT programs. Additionally, she had worked for an Australian Government agency. Cindy also provides supervision to DBT clinicians, psychologist, allied health clinicians and university post graduate students undertaking placements in either their Master or Doctorate degrees in psychology.
Cindy aims to provide a safe, non-judgemental space and is in tuned, sensitive and takes a holistic approach to client’s needs. Cindy aims to conjunctively work with her clients in achieving their goals and needs, by tailoring each session with the most suitable evidence-based intervention strategies.
