I am an experienced psychologist who has worked in private practice, psychiatric/drug and alcohol settings, and the community/not-for-profit sector. My clinical experience has involved therapy, assessments, and therapeutic group work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I also have extensive experience in management and supervision.
I developed my practice, Aurora Psychology, to provide a service that helps children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing a range of issues, with a focus on improving relationships and coping with past trauma. I tailor my approach to suit individual needs, placing an emphasis on helping my clients to feel understood, while ensuring we are working collaboratively on shared goals. I aim to provide a positive, supportive experience of therapy.
I have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development, and I am currently undergoing further training to work towards endorsement as a clinical psychologist.
