Hayley is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience working with varied client concerns including; depression, anxiety, social anxiety, personality vulnerabilities, and relational difficulties. She has an interest in working with complex client issues and working with people who are feeling particularly stuck in life, out of control, or in a “vicious cycle”. She also works with people who are at varied stages in their recovery from mental illness, many of which may have experienced a mental health hospital admission at some stage in their life.
Hayley’s style is warm and empathic, whilst still being more active in approach. She is not averse to using humour, metaphors and stories in her work to help build different perspectives of presenting issues. She is client focused, meaning that she attempts to work in a way that suits her clients needs and personality.
