Jessica is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Jessica has worked in the public sector, University counselling services and in schools, offering assessment and counselling to individuals across the lifespan. She has facilitated skills based programs for children and adolescents with a range of emotional and behavioural issues including autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), intellectual disabilities, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
Jessica takes on an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy and adopts a range of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), play-based therapy, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy, and applied behavioural analysis (ABA).
