Jo is an experienced registered (Medicare, TAC, VOCAT, VVCS, WorkSafe) psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist. She works with a broad range of people (individuals and couples) and issues, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, confidence, relationships, self esteem, sleep, weight management and workplace issues. Jo uses an eclectic collection of psychological tools, and has a strong interest in natural medicine, clinical hypnosis, and has done additional training in therapy for gut-related issues (e.g. IBS) and nutrition for mental health. Her approach is friendly, holistic and non-judgmental, aiming to work with you to achieve overall, and particularly psychological well-being.
