I work with compassion and curiousity to support healing and learning so that we can become more fully who we are. Drawing on many years of attachment informed trauma work, process and emotion focussed practice, CBT, mindfulness practices and narrative I support the surfacing and exploration of purpose, passion and core values and the understanding of the deep fears, limiting beliefs and blockages that get in the way. A holistic approach, focusing on the mind-body connection, this work leads to greater self awareness and self acceptance thus increasing openness and resourcefulness to support personal, group and family change.
