Anita is a registered psychologist and member of Australian Psychological Society (APS), providing counselling to adults and young people. Anita uses an integrative approach, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy, in addition to Mindfulness and Relaxation and providing psycho-education.
Anita has experience with helping clients to develope strategies to cope more effectively with a wide range of personal problems, relationship difficulties and work-related concerns.
