Dr Ruth Perkins is a clinical and counselling psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in both public and private mental health settings. She assists children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a broad range of problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship, grief, school and behaviour problems and work-related stress. Treatment is tailored to meet individual needs and a range of therapeutic approaches are used including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); solution focused therapy; Mindfulness; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Family Therapy. Medicare (with a GP referral) and private health insurance rebates are available.
