Oliver has a warm, empathetic, thoughtful, and holistic client-centered approach to counselling and has experience working with adults, teenagers, and children. Oliver is passionate about supporting and working together with his clients to collaboratively problem solve, set and achieve realistic goals, and build coping skills, to help clients manage distressing events and experiences more effectively using a tailored approach to meet their individual needs.
Oliver is practiced in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, which include (but are not limited to): CBT, psychoanalytic, & MBT. Oliver is also well-rehearsed in several cognitive and personality assessments.
