I practice a holistic approach that integrates elements of humanistic, client-centred therapy, emotion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy depending on what is most appropriate for the client’s needs.

Having worked for several years as an organisational psychologist & executive in a range of corporate settings, I'm experienced in supporting individuals with issues associated with their work, including workplace stress, adjustment to professional transitions.
