I am a registered psychologist with experience in working with adults and couples. I provide a warm and caring approach to working with a wide range of client’s issues including:

My therapeutic focus is on assisting individuals in reducing symptoms, whilst facilitating a greater understanding of who they are in relation to their difficulties. Much of my work is focussed on assisting clients to gain a greater understanding of their past, and how this has an influence over current difficulties. I have a Masters degree in Psychology (Counselling) and use a wide range of techniques when working with individuals, couples, and families.
