Heather is a psychologist with over fourteen years’ experience in the elite sporting industry providing coaching, training and consultation to individuals and organisations with respect to harnessing talent and maximising performance. Contributing to two Olympic campaigns while working at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, Heather had the opportunity to work with some exceptionally talented athletes and programs including a number of Olympic and World Champions. She then moved on to establish and manage the National Psychology Service for Tennis Australia gaining valuable experience in leading and managing programs and staff, skills in learning and development, as well as career management and coaching. Heather is passionate about cultivating environments which contribute to and support individual and group success.
