My background is in injury prevention and management both in the workplace and sporting arena, having had experience working with several high-level and professional sports teams.
I have an integrated approach to treating musculoskeletal dysfunction, poor postural patterning and injuries (workplace, sporting or otherwise) incorporating hands-on treatment with functional strength and home exercise programs.
I have a particular interest in treating lower limb (foot/ ankle/ shin) complaints and also have a strong focus on assessing & treating functional stability of the pelvis and postural education for optimal performance in sport, work and life.
