I am a qualified Remedial massage therapist that has 9 years of experience working in the sports, medical and corporate fields. I have a great understanding of functional anatomy, injury rehab, restoring efficient muscle function, and pain reduction.
With my experience and additional training, I have helped to resolved difficult muscle injuries, nerve issues, restore functional strength, and movement problems for athletes from almost all areas of the sporting world including AFL players, triathletes, golfers, tennis, sprinters, marathon runners, professional dancers, rugby players, and certainly not least of all, the weekend warrior. As well as treatment of aches and pains from postural issues, muscle tension, and stress.
