Sports Massage Therapy is an effective complementary treatment for musculoskeletal problems and can assist healing and recovery from sports and other injuries. Sports massage is often misunderstood to be hard deep tissue massage. Whilst that can be the case, it is actually focused, often gentle massage, working with the physiology of muscles and joints to promote the return to healthy function. Miranda has a particular interest and understanding in assisting post-traumatic injury recovery.
