She is passionate about working within the healing modalities and explores the potential of Massage Therapy as a powerful tool for transformation. As a fully qualified Yoga Teacher and having taught in countries across the world, she is set on constantly developing and pursuing new possibilities to improve well-being, be it through movement, correct exercise techniques or enhancing the mind-body connection.
Drawing from this experience, she adapts her massage techniques to individual needs and likes to combine relaxation with myofascial stretching focusing on postural issues, as well as, deeper tissue work and trigger point therapy.
