Penny specialises in remedial massage, tailoring her treatment to meet the specific needs of each client. Her approach is both practical and intuitive. She is also qualified in Reflexology, Bowen Therapy and Pregnancy massage, using these techniques when appropriate.
Penny also uses hot stones both for a deeply soothing relaxation massage or a remedial stone fusion treatment which combines remedial techniques with the healing warmth of the stones.
Penny’s main area of interest is in treating neck and back pain. She believes however that each massage should be both a healing and relaxing experience. She also works with sports men and women relieving pain, enabling rapid healing and a return to optimum strength, mobility and performance.
