Mellissa Melhem is a holistic practitioner incorporating relaxation massage, aromatherapy and kinesiology to help people’s health and vitality. Mellissa has first hand experienced the benefits of a holistic approach to Health and Wellbeing. She was diagnosed with Major Depression in 2010 and found that traditional Western Medicine helped but she still was searching for more answers. She sought the help of a Kinesiologist and found a mind and body approach was what she needed. Melliisa’s experience with depression was a turning point and lead her to down the path of becoming a Kinesiologist herself.
