Janet Lee is accredited with The Australian Traditional Medicine Society and has been operating a successful Remedial Massage Business in the heart of Cardiff for over 20 years. With Remedial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage at the core, Janet also has Counselling skills and provides Relaxation and Pregnancy massage. Now as a qualified Reiki Master Janet can enhance her treatments with this subtle energy healing, giving each individual patient a deeper awareness of themselves, to guide them on their own personal healing journey. Meditation circles are held weekly for patients to come and settle into a quiet space, away from the stress and pressures of everyday life. Sue Grunsell, also a Reiki Master, has now joined Janet to practice from this centre, which has become a sanctuary to alleviate tension and increase vitality in a relaxed, peaceful environment.
