Murray is a member or the M&MA and a recognised provider to the Australian Institute of Sport and the Queensland Academy of Sport. He has enjoyed the team environment of contracts with the AFL Brisbane Lions, NSW State of Origin rugby league, Australian Women's Water Polo and Expressions Professional Dance Company. Working with some of Australia's best sports physiotherapists, physicians ,coaches and trainers in the preparation of athletes for the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games proved to be invaluable professional development. In the lead up to Beijing 2008 Murray continued to work with the Australian women's waterpolo team, men's rowing and sprint kayaking squads. He is often called upon to work with AIS teams at training camps on the Gold Coast prior to competition in the northern hemisphere summer. Now at Casuarina Beach, elite level sports is small part of Murray's work, and he enjoys encouraging local weekend warriors to maintain an active healthy lifestyle.
