We work regularly with chronic pain, sports injury recovery, postural realignment, myofascial restrictions and general muscular discomfort.
Treatment can be on a one-off basis, although it is unlikely that a one-time massage will solve a lifelong backache or other chronic pain. Massage therapy can also be tailored as part of a long term body maintenance or preventative care program.
