I have been a remedial massage therapist practicing in Gordon, Sydney for 40 years. I began my training as a Registered Nurse, and then trained as a Massage therapist. I have also been a sports trainer and swimming coach for many years. Since 2000 I have also studied and gained a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters in Clinical Science (Life Style medicine) this knowledge assists me in the care of Clients with issues of chronic pain, metabolic problems ( such as insulin resistance) and chronic inflammatory muscular problems related to repetitive strain, sleep problems, stress related issues, menopause and the aging body.
