Remedial Massage can give fast relief for muscle tightness and pain in the lower back, neck and shoulders. Patterns of muscle tightness often develop over months and years, because they reflect how we use our body, how we react to stress and the position we sleep. Once we have ongoing limits in movement, standard stretching exercises might not help.
