Laura has been with the kings cross team since 2006 and is one of our Remedial Massage Therapist’s at Healthspace.
Laura completed her studies at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies at the end of 2004, achieving her Diploma of Remedial Massage and Diploma of Sports Injury Therapies.
Laura’s massage techniques include Relaxation, Pregnancy, Deep-tissue Remedial and Sports Massage. She uses a variety of pressures, trigger point techniques & active/passive releases to ensure not only an enjoyable massage but one that is extremely therapeutic.
Growing up, Laura had a sporting background where she competed at national level in athletics and played a number of mixed sports. Now she enjoys more regular gym work combined with spin and F45 training. She also loves regular snowboarding trips. Laura’s love for sport is what contributed to her decision to study Massage Therapy. Laura’s passions include travel, family, her partner, friends, food, health and fitness.
