Stephanie grew up in the Blue Mountains, graduating from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2012. She went on to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy from Sydney University in 2014. Stephanie has worked in rural NSW in private practice developing her clinical skills in many areas. She has worked in aged care facilities and along side the local rugby team. Stephanie has a keen interest in strength & conditioning and injury prevention. Her clinical interests include Pilates for chronic back pain management, conditioning for the elderly and rehabilitation following sporting injuries.
