Donna has a love of supporting people to heal and reconnect with their body through Remedial Massage, Yoga, Exercise and other bodywork therapies. With over 16 years experience as a health practitioner, she is dedicated to true health and wellbeing.
At Total Physio Donna offers Remedial, Deep Tissue and Relaxation massage. She has a depth experience of working with clients who present with musculoskeletal injuries ranging from lower back pain, neck pain and tension, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, headaches, anxiousness, RSI, postural imbalances, tightness in legs and hips flexors to name a few.
Donna also teaches a Diploma of Massage in Newcastle and in Sydney. Donna’s natural ability to connect and care for others is evident to her students in the classes that she takes. She enjoys her regular trips north to teach and is super committed to offering her students a supportive space to grow and learn.
