Catherine has been in full time practice since 1994. Being trained in modalities such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, lymphoedema management, Exercise Science and yoga, her approach is wholistic and effective.
Her approach to a treatment varies according to what presents on the day. The presenting condition is addressed, but the underlying approach is also to facilitate a deep state of relaxation.
She has taught various massage modalities since 2001and is continuously developing her skills.
