Garth has over 13 years of experience as a qualified massage therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Sports Therapies.
In addition to being a skilled remedial massage therapist, Garth offers a wealth of experience from his other roles as a Fitness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Clinical Nutritionist.
Treating a wide range of clients over the years Garth has a keen interest in biomechanics, specialising in remedial treatments for a range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues with a focus on the cause and effect of injury.
