My Remedial Therapy is a gentle treatment for the client.
Firstly a joint and limb mobility assessment is undertaken primarily to determine which bones maybe out of alignment. Secondly identify those muscles or ligaments that are pulling your bones out of the proper balance in the joint. During treatment more information is gathered and compared with the initial assessment results to better understand your problem and further tailor a treatment regime designed for you. When the body has a structural stress it faces an energy flow restriction. My Remedial Therapy treats any body structure stress which in turn restores the energy flow in the Meridians that play a vital role for your overall health and well-being. With over 45 years of experience with studies in Germany, Sweden and Australia I have successfully developed, used and continually improved an evidence based holistic bodywork and massage technique.
