Anika was first introduced to massage therapy through her professional dance background. She experienced a vast array of sport injuries herself. Knowing how important good care is, she is adamant on leaving a lasting positive impact on her clients and the health care profession as a whole.
After being exposed first-hand to the world of health care via various roles, such as in a Physiotherapy clinic, Anika became determinant to follow-up on her passion and started her training as a Remedial Massage Therapist.
Originating from Germany, Anika has travelled around the world, putting her in contact with different cultures and believes. Her travel experiences shaped her firm belief that balance is the key to a well-rounded life. Anika seeks to inspire people to achieve this by promoting a healthy and active lifestyle, whilst taking care of our bodies spiritually and physically.
