David’s treatments include relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, sports, stretch techniques, myofascial, pregnancy massage and craniosacral. David can also perform massage over clothing, for those who do not wish to change down. Also an experienced Bowen practitioner, David has co owned & massaged in Ardill Massage & Chiropractic from the beginning (1995) & uses Kinesiology techniques such as TBM for chronic ill health management and prevention.
