Chiara is an easy going, dedicated and happy person with a dedication to Sports Massage Therapy. Chiara developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal healthcare during her 6 year career as a Pastry Chef. During this chapter of her life, Chiara learnt to overcome the aches and pains that come with this career, by adopting a proactive mindset towards her health. This included incorporating yoga, remedial massage and chiropractic therapies to her own health care.
Inspired by obtaining better personal health, Chiara decided to re-train and is a Remedial Massage Therapist and has completed further studies to teach as a Qualified Yoga Instructor, working across several locations in Sydney since. Chiara enjoys working on musculoskeletal cases to improve her client’s headaches, stress levels, back pain and muscle tightness through firm massage and stretching techniques.
